PTE’s Strategic Approaches for 2017 – 2021
There are no written organizational strategic approaches in PTE though there are some project-based approaches. The followings are the new considerable approaches for to reach objective.
Developing future women Leaders and their leadership through capacity building and creating spaces for peer-to-peer mentoring, networking and regular coaching.
Community engagement/ Public Awareness raising on active citizenship, accountability, rights and rights related issues through wider public advocacy and campaign.
Engaging key duty bearers through policy advocacy, Trainings, workshops, consultations and regional/ national forum on good governance, social accountability, and affirmative actions to be taken in order to promote gender equality and women leadership.
Generating evidence based research and advocacy/ awareness raising tools in relation to rights and rights related issues.
Organizing advocacy Platform among local and regional networks through evidence based research and media engagement.
Organisational development and capacity for PTE team (SC, Staff and its resource pool) for to ensure quality of the programme and sustainable justice.
